VenoMal1c3 Something about this album feels familiar somehow. My wife said the same thing upon hearing it the 1st time. I think it's the overall songwriting & structuring of the instruments & that Mike Branco's vocals might at times be slightly reminiscent of Serj Tankian's (System Of A Down). That's not to say he copies it: he doesn't.
What IS apparent: passion, enthusiasm, energy & talent. I can't really pick a *true* favorite song.
One flaw: guitar solos can sound like a Tube Screamer + too much gain. Favorite track: Formations.

Started in 2009 in the East end of Toronto when brothers/guitarists Michael and Steven Mylonas and high-school friend/bassist Chris Diamantakos approached drummer Will Bartlett to form a metal band with high energy and a unique sound.
